  2. Express Shipping:

    • Express shipping is available at an additional cost, depending on your location and the items ordered.

    • The express shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

 

 

Shipping Process:

  2. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  3. Shipping Notification: You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged upon delivery.

  2. Time Frame: You must initiate a return request within 72 hours from the date of order delivery.

  3. Process: To request a return, please contact our customer support team at 9653464388 on WhatsApp. Provide your order details and evidence of the damage (photos or videos).

  4. Customized Orders: Customized orders are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

 

Exchanges:

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges can be requested if the item is damaged or if you wish to exchange it for another product.

  2. Time Frame: You must initiate an exchange request within 72 hours from the date of order delivery.

  3. Process: To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team at 9653464388 on WhatsApp. Provide your order details and specify the item you wish to exchange for.

  4. Value Difference:

    • If the value of the exchange item is higher than the original item, prepayment for the difference is required.

    • If the value of the exchange item is lower than the original item, the balance will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order Cancellation:​

    • To cancel an order beyond the 24-hour period, please contact our customer support team at 9653464388 for assistance.

  2. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

    • If you have made an online payment and the order is cancelled by any means or returned to origin (RTO) by the customer, the refund will be automatically processed within 3-5 business days.

    • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
