2.1. Handmade Nature: All our candles are handmade, which means there might be some imperfections and variations in appearance. These imperfections are a natural part of the handmade process and add to the unique charm of each candle. No claims will be accepted based on these natural imperfections.
2.2. Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on our site are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Shipping and Delivery, Cancellations and Refunds, Returns and Refunds
4.1. Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping time is 4-5 business days. Shipping times may vary in some parts of the country due to factors such as weather conditions or local state situations.
4.2. Express Shipping: Express shipping is available at an additional cost, depending on your location and the items ordered. The express shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

5.2. Refunds: If you have made an online payment and the order is cancelled by any means or returned to origin (RTO) by the customer, the refund will be automatically processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

6.1. Return Eligibility: Returns are only eligible if the item received is damaged and unused, in its original condition and packaging. An unboxing video or images of the damaged item are preferred for a quick resolution.
